SHIPPING COSTS

We offer Free Worldwide Standard Tracked Shipping on all orders over $35

If your order is less than $35, we charge a nominal handling and shipping fee which is USD4.99 to the USA and USD5.99 to the rest of the world.

Cancellations or Changes

Any cancellations,changes to the order or,shipping address must be made within 3- 6 hours of the order being placed OR BEFORE it has been processed by our ordering team, which ever comes-otherwise they cannot be entertained.

Please send an email regarding any cancellations or edits to support@zenheavens.com or contact us through the contact form on the site. Please make sure to provide your order number.You will be refunded to your original payment method. 

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be cancelled.

Shipping Policy

Most orders will take approximately 1-3 business days to process BEFORE being shipped but many  will ship within 24 hours.

We will notify you by email or SMS ( dependent on which method you chose in check out) when your goods ship and provide tracking details.

We advise these approximate Delivery from shipping time frames:

USA-  7-20 working days 

CANADA- 7-14 working days

UK, IRELAND, AUSTRALIA & NZ- 7-13 working days

EUROPE- 7-15 working days

SINGAPORE, MALAYSIA- 7-14 working days

REST OF THE WORLD- 15-30 working days

Kindly note that the delivery time may vary during holiday periods. Most of our orders are delivered within 21 days.

We do not guarantee shipping time-frames. While we strive to deliver goods within the time frame we specify, we cannot guarantee or accept liability for deliveries made outside of this time frame due to inclement weather, strike action or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. 

Because of this, we only offer refunds for items lost in transit after 60 days from your date of purchase and those which are not reshipped for you. 

Please note: For Logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be shipped in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.
Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.

IMPORTANT: We are not responsible if a package is undeliverable because of missing, incomplete or incorrect destination information. Please enter the correct shipping details when checking out. If you realize you have made an error in your shipping details, kindly e-mail us at support@zenheavens.com within 3-6 hours from placing the order and we will endeavor to update your shipping details where possible.

If your shipping address is confirmed as correct and the carrier has marked the package as being successfully delivered.please note  our store policy is final- we are not responsible for items which go missing or are stolen from a mailbox.. 

The customer can open a claim via usps.com or their local carrier in this instance

Customs & Taxes

Zenheavens is not responsible for any customs fees or  taxes that your local government may add to the order as its being delivered to your home such as VAT. 

Return & Refund Policy

Our policy lasts 30 days after the product is delivered. If 30 days have gone by since you received your products, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must be also in the original packaging. Original shipping and handling charges are not refunded and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. You need to contact support via email ( support@zenheavens.com ) within 15 days.

Please be aware that refund or replacement will be given in the following terms onlyreceived item is damaged or received item is significantly different than described or shown on the site.

In case of damaged or faulty goods received. the customer is required to send photographic evidence of the product’s manufacturing defects to support@zenheavens.com . If the case is deemed valid, we will cover the related cost to deliver a replacement. 

Size Issue

We can make bespoke sizing in many of our items.The customer is required to check their wrist size.  We are not responsible for an improper fit if the wrong size is chosen however if the customer received the wrong requested size we will reship the  correct one. In this case, customer needs to provide an evidence that received size was not the ordered one.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Shipping your return

To return your product, you need to contact our support team for more details. **Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Please contact us at support@zenheavens.com to obtain an RMA# (Return Merchandise Authorization Number).We will then provide you with the returns address- you must Include this number on the shipping label. We do not provide return labels. 

Once your return is received and inspected,  then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.Processing returns may take up to 1-3  business days from the day we receive your return. We will send you a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

Please note you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
